The Rating System

Alright. It has come to Medeia and I's attention that our rating system is...dull. Although we rate on a somewhat odd scale (7 out of 7) we do not understand what it represents. Many places (newspapers, magazines, blogs) will say "stars" as in a "5-star restaurant", but we do not want to waltz in that stellar direction (haha...sorry). Medeia suggested amazingly excited screams, but that seemed a little long so we disposed of the idea. So we're asking you. What should we use as our rating system? Suggestions are very...very.... very welcome. Please comment on it and we shall both be very much in awe of your generous brain-power-sharingness. And maybe your idea will be the winner (although we can't promise anything like an automobile as a prize). We might even make a poll! Oh! Oh! This could be exciting.

Pondering possibilities and hoping you are too,

This is obvious.

Whirlwinds, tornados, cyclones, other natrual disasters! Keep with the theme, and whatnot!

Well, in keeping with the theme I'd say lightning bolts then.

i do have a fearsome love of lightning. and can shoot it at my enimies :D sorry. the most inside of inside jokes there, which i may have explained other places but still.

lightning bolts also have an easy ClipArt visual like stars, but are cooler.

I think you should rate by kinds of fawesome (9 kinds of fawesome being the highest), as stolen for the book The Last Days. But if you haven't read TLD that wouldn't make much sense... Actually scratch that, I'm taking that idea. The natural disasters sounds like a good idea. ;D

No, no, no, dear ones. Screaming fast wind gusts. Screaming wind is wonderful. You can probably think of a better name for it than that, but...I vote something to do with screamy winds.

Yours Truly,
